Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer a flat rate shipping of $14.95 for standard delivery within Australia (estimated 3 to 7 business days).
Our regular working days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Orders are primarily shipped on these days. The turnaround time for orders not including made-to-order items is up to 5 business days.
You will receive a notification via email when your order has been shipped, delivered, or is ready for collection.
How do I check my order status?
For local delivery or pick-up readiness, you'll get an email. Shipments come with a tracking number emailed to you, useable at Australia Post's website after 48 hours for status updates.
Local Delivery
Enjoy FREE local delivery within specific postcodes (including Goombungee, Highfields, Toowoomba, Oakey), with delivery made within 4 business days of your order confirmation email, excluding made-to-order items. This is a contactless delivery service.
Click and Collect
Available in Goombungee and Kearney Springs on preorganised weekdays from 11am to 2pm. You'll be informed about collection days/times via email or text. Please ensure you check your spam folder . If you do not respond to the pick up email, your order will be dropped off to the address on your order (if within the delivery address) or refunded after 5 days. Please ensure the billing address is correct.
Selecting free local delivery or pick-up outside eligible postcodes will result in a shipping cost invoice, payable before shipping.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Returns:
You have 14 days from receiving your order (whether by pick-up or delivery) to initiate a return. Unfortunately, returns can't be accepted after this period. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Exemptions: Sensory fillers, nature loose parts, and sale items cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll email you about your refund's approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method. Contact your bank or credit card company if there's a delay in receiving your refund.
Exchanges: Faulty or damaged items can be exchanged. Contact us with your order number for assistance.
